Subject: HP-specific problems?
[Forgive me if this is a FAQ -- I'm new to the list and can't find anything
in the docs that help.]
uname -a gives:
HP-UX molly A.09.01 A 9000/750 2013810258 two-user license
triptrap blows up during the compile with the following errors:
gmake bindir=/usr/local/lib/texmf/bin mandir=/usr/local/lib/texmf/man CFLAGS=-O XLDFLAGS=-s triptrap
[stuff deleted]
gcc -DMF -I./../lib -I../.. -O -c mf6.c
mf6.c: In function `zpackbufferedname':
mf6.c:1924: parse error at end of input
mf6.c is truncated. I also say this error with mf7.c. It seems that
mf/convert is failing, but this may be because of more truncations. The
file system I'm building on is not full (about 80MB free). I'll try the
build again from scratch, but I thought I'd ask to see if this was some
known problem. I'm using gcc 2.5.8.
